We organise scale aerotow meetings at a variety of different venues in the area. Indeed we would be pleased to arrange one at your local club flying site..
Siege Cross Farm

Our regular flying site is at Siege Cross Farm - located just off the A4, on the outskirts of Thatcham in Berkshire. The site is maintained by the resident landowner as a private airfield for his small collection of light aircraft. We have access to the extensive grass runway which is maintained to a very high standard throughout the year. The grass is cut weekly by the landowner throughout the growing season.

The small town of Thatcham is under two miles from the flying field and offers a choice facilities including accommodation and restaurants etc

Directions:

Find your way to Thatcham which is located between Newbury and Reading – on the A4. The Siege Cross Farm is located just off the A4 on the outskirts of Thatcham, in the direction of Reading.

Travelling from Thatcham towards Reading you will encounter a series of three roundabouts known as "Waitrose", "Buy Specs Direct" and "Panasonic" – in that order (each named according to their sponsor). The entrance to our site is just off to the left of the “By Specs Direct ” roundabout – from where you will find our signs indicating “TVSA”.

In addition to the regular events at Siege Cross Farm, we also host large scale aerotow events at Middle Wallop, near Andover in Hampshire, said to be the largest grass air-field in Europe.

Middle Wallop is home to the Army Air Corps. Access is via the gate at the Museum of Army Flying - where you will be required to pay an entry fee which is collected by the Museum.
